The manager at Blue Sky Kauai is very unprofessional. We tried to rent a Kauai property in October as a last minute rental (less than two weeks out, and well within the 90 day cancellation window). Unfortunately my mom got sick with pancreatic cancer and died soon thereafter. The manager refused to refund anything, including nearly $700 in cleaning fees that were never incurred. We tried to move the date a few times, also looking for last minute cancellations so we didn't make the owners lose money. The manager's communications were curt and dismissive and she made no effort to help. I would not book any property through Blue Sky Kauai. Granted this is only my view, but seems consistent with the other comments about the managers of this property on VRBO. Beware!
