Immaculate, inside and out. Large kitchen/open area to make awesome meals in and visit, well equipped. Air circulation is very good using large screened windows, screened porch, with ceiling fans throughout as well as an attic fan. The trade winds blow pretty steady. Sleeping with a sheet over us was perfect by morning. Six people (3 couples) would be very comfortable. There's 3 bedrooms, ea with a queen bed. The roosters start early but you'll get used to them. They'll make you laugh the first morning. Very little traffic noise. Outside propane grill. We felt having the house to go back to was 100 times better than staying in a hotel, ie., it's worth it.
The only thing I would change is the kitchen lighting, which is a pretty small deal. Enjoy!
The one bathroom has a double shower and double sinks. The other is also a full bath.
