Not what I planned on for my first day here in paradise, but the flu doesn't care. As a walk-in to this established medical practice, I was given care, compassion and assistance beyond expectations. The staff who assisted me (Sandi and Natalie) and Dr. Black are all consummate professionals who are caring, who each listened deeply and communicated directly and fully with me, answering all questions and helping me resolve my health concerns. Friendly folks giving great health care ... and though I hope not to need their services again, I know that they're there ... highly recommend if you need medical assistance! Was going to do a walk-in next door at Hale Le'a family medicine but started reading the reviews and got scared off so went next door to North Shore Medical. The office staff was friendly, helpful and said they could squeeze me in in about 1 hour. About 20 min later Dr Black lead me to the treatment room and immediately diagnosed the problem. His nurse , Myra, was friendly, pleasant and professional. Dr Black treated my infected knee and was very explicit and precise about follow up procedures. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this Doctor and office to anyone...
