Easily the best coffee shop in Kauai. Despite farming coffee, Kauai is well behind the coffee renaissance on the mainland. Trilogy serves Intelligentsia's Black Cat espresso that makes for a great base. The fact their baristas are passionate about coffee and can pull a shot, seals the deal. Really nice coffee shop. Had a good cup of coffee and tried a really great vegan cornbread that was spicy and very tasty!

Hands down, best coffee on the north shore! The baristas knew how to pull a good shot and milks were steamed perfectly. I almost don't want to leave a review because this place is going to get busy! It's kind of hard to find as it's on the back of the building across from Hunter Gatherer. Atmosphere is great as well!
